The Midwinter Meeting is known for providing premiere speakers and exhibitors in dentistry from across the country. At the February 2023 meeting, attendees can access more than 240 CE-accredited courses on the latest practice management solutions and evidence-based clinical knowledge. Courses can be purchased a la carte, or, for CDS members and their dental teams, purchased as a lecture package for $270 per person in November and December. The lecture package will be available for $285 in January.
Exhibitors continue to register for the 2023 Midwinter Meeting, including many first-time exhibitors. The expansive exhibit floor will feature the latest products in dental innovation for dentists and their teams to test and purchase. Special events will once again provide fun networking experiences, including the new Ice Cream Social & Bargains Thursday, Feb. 23, and the Brews & Bargains happy hour and receptions for early career dentists and dental students on Friday, Feb. 24.
Attendees and exhibitors can register for the Midwinter Meeting online at cds.org/register. Information on registration fees can be found here. Registration is free for CDS members that have paid their 2023 dues.
Attendees and exhibitors can also register via mail. Mailed registration forms should be sent to:

While it is not required, we encourage dentists to register their entire team for the Midwinter Meeting when possible. As a special incentive, CDS member dentists, and dental team members who they register, have the opportunity to purchase a special $270 per person lecture package. This offer is available in November and December for $270 and in January for $285. This is for lectures only; workshops and CDS Foundation courses are not included. Lectures must be selected in advance but may be modified after initial purchase. However, during the Midwinter Meeting you cannot attend a lecture unless it was selected in advance.
Another special registration incentive is the Buy 3 = 1 Free program. For every three paid registrations you register, the fourth registration is free. The lowest cost registration fee will be automatically credited.
Yes, the Midwinter Meeting app will once again be available to attendees. Attendees will be able to download the app in mid-January and plan their schedules, preview speakers and exhibitors and connect with other attendees via the platform.
In true Midwinter Meeting tradition, there will be ample opportunities for you to network and connect with colleagues and friends during the meeting. There will be a series of Special Events offered during the meeting, including a General Session, Early Career Dentist Reception, Dental Student Reception, President’s Dinner Dance and two events in the Exhibit Hall: an Ice Cream Social & Bargains on Feb. 23 and Brews & Bargains happy hour on Feb 24.
You can obtain your CE certificate at least one week after the meeting closes, either through the Midwinter Meeting mobile app or at www.cds.org. Save your badge to have the proper registration and access key information. Certificates are free through May 31; after that a $35 fee will apply.
