• Cocktails: 6 p.m.
• Dinner: 7 p.m.
• Program: 7:30 p.m.

Ticket Pricing:

Season ticket (Five meetings, includes dinner):

• $250 Early Bird price before Sept. 17
• $300 after Sept 17 until Nov. 12

Individual meeting:

• Dentist/Guest: $100
• Dental Hygienist: $75
• Non-dentist Guest: $50
• Student: Free for first meeting only, $50 for all subsequent meetings.
