Presiding Chair Form (Doctor)

We rely on our members to serve as Presiding Chairs

For the 2025 Midwinter Meeting, we need Presiding Chairs for the following dates:

  • Thursday, Feb. 20
  • Friday, Feb. 21
  • Saturday, Feb. 22

As a Presiding Chair, you will receive CE credit, breakfast, lunch, and a $100 honorarium per day. In exchange, you’ll volunteer in course rooms to assist and introduce speakers.

 To sign up, please complete the form below. The Director of Scientific Programs will contact you with your course assignment. 

Once all the courses are full, you will be put on a waitlist.
