New to the Midwinter Meeting program are Student Scientific Research Posters where students from UIC College of Dentistry, Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine and Southern Illinois College of Dental Medicine will display their chosen research projects during the Midwinter Meeting.
The Research Posters will be located in the exhibit hall around the Overlook Café, which is in the center of the exhibition floor each day of the meeting. Please plan to visit these research posters and support our up and coming colleagues.
For more information on the Research Posters please be sure to download the 2020 Midwinter Meeting mobile app.
Your badge or course summary ticket MUST be scanned when entering a course room. Your badge will not be scanned when leaving unless you leave early. If you must leave the course for any reason, you must have your badge scanned as you leave and again upon your return. ADA CERP guidelines state that you must be present at least 50 minutes of every hour that you expect credit for. There will no longer be course verification codes to get credits retrospectively.
Your attendance in the course will NOT appear automatically once the course ends. It could take up to 24 hours for the attendance to sync. All data is expected to be synced by 6 p.m. each day of the meeting.
Downloading the mobile app and logging in with your badge number is the easiest way to access CE Verification.
You can email our registration company help desk and provide your name, registration number and course number and they will take care of it.
A free download of your 2019 Midwinter Meeting CE credits was available through May 31. There is a $25 charge to download your CE credits, including those from the 2019 Midwinter Meeting. You will need your registration and sequence numbers found on your badge to complete your request.
If you are an ADA member outside Lake, Cook, and DuPage counties in Illinois or an international dentist, you can still join the Chicago Dental Society and enjoy the same benefits as local members. As a CDS member, you are connected to the most important industry meeting of the year, with free admission to the Midwinter Meeting. It makes perfect sense to join, because the cost of your CDS membership is less than the registration fee for a non-member.
Become a CDS member and enjoy easy, convenient access to a tremendous range of CE courses available at the Midwinter Meeting – many of which are free. There’s something for every member of your dental team. See why your dentist colleagues are CDS members and attend the Midwinter Meeting..
