About the Speakers:
Steven J. Anderson is the founder of several organizations that have driven meaningful change in healthcare, youth leadership, and philanthropy. He pioneered patient care and communication methods that help top dental professionals connect clinical excellence with patient acceptance. Partnering with leading clinicians, he has advanced protocols for treating periodontal disease with the latest science in total health.

His management systems have shaped successful practice cultures worldwide. Anderson has delivered hundreds of seminars and keynote addresses, authored numerous industry articles, and produced extensive audio and video learning libraries. He is the Founder of the Total Patient Service Institute and Co-founder of the Crown Council, Keystone Dental Management, and Dental Warranty Corp. He was named Dental Businessman of the Year by Excellence in Dentistry and has authored several books, including The 13 Biggest Mistakes Parents Make and How to Avoid Them, The Culture of Success, Nearly Everything I Learned in Kindergarten Screwed Me Up, New Lessons to Triumph in the Real World, and The Bicycle Book.

His philanthropic work includes co-founding the Smiles for Life Foundation—the largest cause-related campaign in dentistry, which has raised over $50 million for children’s charities—and Eagle University, a nonprofit that equips students with leadership skills and a seven-year career head start.
