Committee Purpose
The Policy Manual Committee annually reviews the Society’s policies and recommends changes to the Board as necessary, thereby ensuring the Manual remains accurate and current.

Structure and Composition
The Policy Manual Committee consists of the CDS Vice President, serving as Chair, CDS Treasurer serving as Vice-Chair, and the Ethics/Special Issues Committee.

Committee Goals
Enhancing the Society’s mission by ensuring the Board, committees, members, and staff are equipped with the necessary policies to help fulfill their specific roles.
Meeting:
The committee will meet at the discretion of its Chair to promptly address any pertinent issues.
