Important notice about CE credits

Your badge or course summary ticket MUST be scanned when entering a course room. Your badge will not be scanned when leaving unless you leave early. If you must leave the course for any reason, you must have your badge scanned as you leave and again upon your return. ADA CERP guidelines state that you must be present at least 50 minutes of every hour that you expect credit for. There will no longer be course verification codes to get credits retrospectively.

Your attendance in the course will NOT appear automatically once the course ends. It could take up to 24 hours for the attendance to sync. All data is expected to be synced by 6 p.m. each day of the meeting.

Downloading the mobile app and logging in with your badge number is the easiest way to access CE Verification.

You can email our registration company help desk and provide your name, registration number and course number and they will take care of it.

Download your CE credits

A free download of your 2019 Midwinter Meeting CE credits is available through May 31. You will need your registration and sequence numbers found on your badge to complete your request.

Beginning June 1, there will be a $25 charge to download your CE credits, including those from the 2019 Midwinter Meeting.
