The Dr. Juliann Bluitt Legacy Society

The Dr. Juliann Bluitt Legacy Society of the CDS Foundation recognizes individuals and families who commit to making planned and estate gifts to the Foundation.

Named for Dr. Bluitt in 2021, the goal of the legacy society is to ensure the long term sustainability of the Foundation and to honor Dr. Bluitt’s lifelong commitment to dental philanthropy.

Legacy society members help safeguard the oral health of the public served by CDS members by providing for the CDS Foundation Dental Clinic and CDS Foundation grants programs.

Benefits of membership include early access to group ticket events and fundraisers, recognition in CDS/CDS Foundation electronic and print communications, recognition at CDS events such as Midwinter Meeting, Regional Meetings and branch meetings, invitation to donor recognition events and camaraderie with like-minded Foundation supporters.
