2026 Annual Golf Outing

The West Suburban, West, and Southwest Branches of Chicago Dental Society welcome CDS Golfers in every branch to the 2026 Annual Golf Outing!

Registered golfer check in opens at 7:00 am on June 10th at Old Oak Country Club in Homer Glen, and shotgun starts at 8:00am.

Hurry to the tee box — Early Birdie pricing ends June 3rd, and registration closes June 9th! Fees include golf cart rental, lunch and prizes so come out and make a day of it!

$150 per player through June 3rd
$175 per golfer until June 9th & registration closes
$600 for a foursome
