Committee Purpose
This committee will annually evaluate the Employee 401(k) Plan to ensure competitive value in the market to attract and retain top talent. Additionally, the committee will evaluate and determine the metrics for this discretionary contribution.

Structure and Composition
The CDS Immediate Past President serves as chair and the Society President and President-Elect serve as committee members. Additionally, the CEO and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) are non-voting invited staff liaisons serving as consultants.

Committee Goals
The goal is to review and evaluate the Employee 401(k) Plan to ensure it competes within the environment of similar plans of the Association business community.
Meeting:
The committee will meet annually.
