Committee Purpose
The committee will thoroughly examine the current lease agreement for the physical office space, evaluate the possibilities of extending the existing lease, explore options for relocation, and/or consider the purchase of new property to meet the needs of the Society.

Structure and Composition
The AdHoc Building Committee consists of the Society’s elected Officers, CEO and CFO. The staff members will serve as non-voting liaisons.
Committee Goals
It is essential to monitor the current lease status and remain informed about real estate market trends. By maintaining awareness of these critical elements, we can make informed decisions which facilitate growth and advancement within our Society.
Meeting:
The committee will meet annually, as determined by its chair, and during critical periods, such as lease deadlines and renewal opportunities.
