Press Office at Midwinter Meeting
CDS operates a press office on Level 4, Room W474B, during the Midwinter Meeting. The office is where members of the media register for badges and conduct business. Exhibitors who wish to display their press kits in this room may do so by making arrangements in advance with the CDS Communications Department.
Press Conference Room at Midwinter Meeting
CDS has a press conference room in Room W475A, adjacent to the press office, which exhibitors may reserve to host their own press conferences Thursday and of the meeting free of charge. Arrangements must be made in advance with the CDS Communications Department. Exhibitors wishing to videotape during the meeting must fill out paperwork for an audiovisual credential to affix to their badges. Please see the section video/audio broadcasting for more information.
