Dental Lifeline Network

Dental Lifeline Network is a national nonprofit organization that provides access to dental care and education for people who cannot afford it. To request an application, call 888.235.5826, or visit Dental Lifeline Network.

Eligibility

Applicants must lack adequate income to pay for dental care and:

  • Have a permanent disability, or
  • are elderly: age 65 or older, or
  • qualify as medically fragile
