Originally a professional golfer\, Jessica brings a lifelong focus on discipline\, performance\, and mindset into her work. An entrepreneur at heart\, she is the founder of Stockholm Objects\, TEDxChicago\, and most recently The Lagom Method™. She is a public health advocate and wellness educator focused on the connection between oral health and whole-body well-being. \nGuided by the Swedish philosophy of lagom: not too much\, not too little\, but just right\, she helps people find balance and build sustainable health through creating small\, meaningful daily habits. She is the author of ORAL: The Swedish Secret to Full-Body Health Starting in Your Mouth\, where she explores how breathing\, sleeping\, eating\, and moving affects your oral and overall health shape. \nJessica and her husband Mats have four children and many grandchildren\, and they love spending time together. \nLearning Objectives:\n1.
