The Mobile Dental Clinic program provides preventive and restorative oral health services to individuals and families who are without dental insurance and who live at less than 200 percent of the federal poverty level. 

Eligibility and Fees

Residents of Elk Grove, Palatine, Wheeling and Schaumburg townships are screened by the townships’ general assistance staff, to determine eligibility for treatment. A $30 co-pay is charged for each adult appointment, and there is no co-pay for children. For more information and to schedule an appointment, please contact your township:
