Seeking a Geriatric General DDS with excellent communication skills. Willing to travel to several different locations in the Chicago land area and surrounding suburbs in a day. Must be able to work with the elderly / memory care patients.

Proficient in extractions, impressions, crowns .

Flexible 2-3 days a month.
