Services for Chicago Dental Society Past President David J. Fulton, 74, will be Saturday, July 19, at The Annunciation of Our Lady Episcopal Church, 5725 Stearns School Rd., Gurnee, at 11 a.m.
The Reverend Elizabeth Molitor will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Dr. Fulton's name may be made to The Annunciation of Our Lady Episcopal Church or to the Chicago Dental Society Foundation.
Dr. Fulton, who was born Oct. 13, 1939 in Waukegan, served as president of the Chicago Dental Society in 1998. Prior to being president, he served CDS as treasurer, 1994; vice president, 1995; secretary, 1996; and president-elect, 1997. He also served as the North Suburban Branch director on the Board of Directors in 1992, and North Suburban Branch president in 1985-86.
He began his general dental practice in Waukegan after serving in the U.S. Army Dental Corps, 1965-67. He practiced for 47 years.
Dr. Fulton died in his home July 5. He is survived by his loving wife, Laura; his son and professional partner of 27 years, David Jr. (Kimberly); son James (Lindy); step-sons Gregory (Jennifer) and Nicholas (Paige); grandchildren David III, Spencer, Lucas and Reed; and his sister, Mary Kay (Manoo) Kazemzadeh. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Mary Jeanette.
