The Chicago Dental Society has partnered with BlueAPPLe Health to bring you an innovative, state-of-the-art health screening. Health screenings will take place from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday-Saturday, Feb. 25-27, in the Exhibit Hall, Level 3, Hall F.

  • Highly trained technicians will perform the tests

  • Board-certified cardiologists and radiologists will review screening results
  • Reports are mailed directly to you in two weeks

If you have these tests performed in the hospital, it may cost nearly $2,000 plus the inconvenience of waiting for hours!

You must pre-register with Blue APPLe Health to participate! Blue APPLe Health accepts American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa. Medicare and insurance companies do not cover these tests. Blue APPLe Health does not file insurance claims.

1. Echocardiogram

An ultrasound of the heart which can diagnose cardiovascular diseases. This test reveals heart valve problems, the overall muscle function and can assess the severity of coronary artery disease.

7. Osteoporosis Bone Density Screening

An ultrasound screening that measures whether your bones are less dense than normal. Abnormal results can lead to bone fractures.

8. Body Mass Index (BMI)

A reliable number that indicates the amount of body fat in a person, which can lead to serious health problems.

9. Total Cholesterol and HDL Blood Test (Non-fasting)

Finger stick, non-fasting blood test that measures total cholesterol and HDL levels. Abnormal results can increase your risk for cardiovascular disease.

10. Diabetes Screening (Non-fasting)

The A1C diabetes screening test is a simple finger stick blood test that measures blood sugar over a period of three months. this test can identify individuals with undiagnosed diabetes.
