The Chicago Dental Society Foundation was established in 2007 by CDS to expand our commitment to improving oral health for all through philanthropy. The CDS Foundation is dedicated to strengthening dental education and improving oral health care by supporting programs in our communities. The foundation is a charitable 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization.
