Join us for the November 7, 2012, Regional Meeting at Drury Lane In Oakbrook Terrace.
New rules for CE credit
Registration will end 30 minutes after the actual start of the program. Attendees will receive bar coded badges that capture their time of entry. Badges will be scanned as attendees leave at the end of the program. No partial credit will be issued. Continuing Education credit forms will be mailed to attendees after the meeting. The CDS Board of Directors passed this new policy at the Dec. 8, 2011, Board meeting.
About our program
Brian Allman DDS, will present a lecture on sleep apnea.
The meeting is free to attend for CDS members and their staff, as well as dental hygienist members of the Illinois State Dental Society. Dentists who are not members of CDS may attend for $250, which can be applied to CDS annual dues.
CDS members may register on site for no additional charge; regular fees apply to non-member dentists and their staff.
REGISTRATION FEES
- Regional Meetings are FREE to all CDS members and their staffs, as well as dental hygienist members of the Illinois State Dental Society.
- A fee of $250 is charged to dentists who are not CDS members and their staffs, which may be applied to membership for the current year. Advance registration is not required, but CDS encourages you to pre-register online.
- Members will need to register the first time they visit the site to access members-only content. You will need to provide a valid email address and CDS member number to register.
When and Where
Unless otherwise noted, Regional Meetings are held Wednesdays, 9 a.m.-2:30 p.m., at Drury Lane in Oakbrook Terrace. (Get directions to Drury Lane.) Registration begins at 8 a.m.
CDS is an ADA CERP Recognized Provider.
ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry. CDS designates this activity for 5 continuing education credits.
