Continuing Education
Throughout the year, the Chicago Dental Society organizes educational programs for its members and the dental community at large. Our most notable program is the Midwinter Meeting, which features three days of continuing education.
In addition to the Midwinter Meeting, CDS offers a variety of Continuing Education options to fit your budget and busy schedule, including:
- Regional Meetings: CDS presents three a year. Members and their staffs may attend for free.
- Branch Meetings: CDS has nine branches. Each branch schedules regular meetings that offer participants the chance to network and obtain CE with colleagues in their communities.
- CDS Webinar: On May 9, Cathy Jameson presents "Ten Ways to Have an Excellent Practice in Any Economy."
- Virtual Reality Meeting: Join your colleagues online September 19 for the Virtual Reality Meeting. Experience continuing education in the comfort of your home or office. CDS will present a variety of 1-hour courses with Q&A sessions. Network with your friends and visit the virtual exhibit hall for an interactive experience.
- Recorded lectures available for CE credit: Purchase recordings from Midwinter Meeting and Regional Meeting lecturers through DC Providers.
Additionally, as a service to our members, we also promote select programs sponsored by other organizations that we think will be of value.
Whether online or in person, our programs feature the most respected clinicians and speakers, lecturing on topics of vital interest to the dental profession.
