Keith Suchy, DDS, a general dentist who practices in Westchester, was installed as president of the Chicago Dental Society on Saturday, November 22, in a ceremony held at the Drake Hotel.
The society, which was established in 1864, has more than 4,100 members in Cook, Lake and DuPage counties, making it the largest local society of the American Dental Association.
Dr. Suchy received his dental degree in 1982 from Loyola University Dental School and served as an associate professor at the school from 1984 to 1993.
Active in his community, Dr. Suchy has served as president of the Westchester Chamber of Commerce and as the organization's treasurer and chair of Fun Fest. He resides in Westchester with his wife, Dr. Dawn Arnashus, also a dentist, and their three children.
A tradition of working for the dental profession. The Chicago Dental Society was organized in 1864 and incorporated in 1878. The objective of the Chicago Dental Society is to encourage the improvement of the health of the public, to promote the art and science of dentistry and to represent the intrest of the members of the profession and the public that it serves.
