The theme for the 2017 Midwinter Meeting is LEADERSHIP: Cornerstone for Success. We return to the McCormick Place West Building for three days of the best in continuing education and commercial exhibitions. The McCormick Place West Building is located at 2301 S. Indiana Ave., Chicago, IL 60616.
Exhibitors are permitted access to the Exhibit Hall two hours prior to the official start of day’s business and one hour after the conclusion of the day’s business.
Companies that phone, fax or email attendees and exhibitors claiming to offer good deals on hotel rooms are commonly referred to as “housing pirates” or “housing bandits.” These companies appear to offer lower rates for hotel rooms and are a SCAM. They may falsely claim to be affiliated with the Chicago Dental Society Midwinter Meeting. If you provide your credit card information to one of these companies, your card may be charged and you might not have a hotel room when you arrive in Chicago.
The Chicago Dental Society does not use any third-party housing provider for the Midwinter Meeting. Should you be contacted by any such company, please let us know. Email Lisa Girardi or call 312.836.7327.
When the hotel information is available, CDS will email the list directly to exhibiting company representatives on file and post it on our website. After you review the list, you can contact the hotel directly to make your housing arrangement.
The official housing list will be emailed to the exhibiting companies in October and posted online by Nov. 1.
