You don’t need to live or practice in Chicago to be a member of CDS and receive great membership benefits. For $125, you can be an associate member and receive free registration to the Midwinter Meeting. Be sure to pay your 2014 member dues (dues statements mail in October) in order to register for the Midwinter Meeting at no charge.
