We know that a company's online presence is important to staying relevant and on the minds of its customers. With Chicago Dental Society's access to member dentists and Midwinter Meeting attendees, stand out and continue to hold the attention of attendees past the final day of the meeting.
Dynamic, eye-catching iSigns are located throughout the McCormick Place West Building to provide attendees with general meeting information; courses and room assignments; exhibitor information, including products and services; and an interactive map of the Exhibit Hall. In addition, the signs include information on city services and transportation (cabs, public transportation, airlines), restaurants and access to social networking sites including Twitter and LinkedIn.
The iSign Master sponsor earns an interactive icon on the iSign touch screen. The icon and associated advertising application appear on each of the iSigns located throughout McCormick Place West. When touched, the icon can activate your show promotion. This opportunity allows for the use of animation, dynamic images, Flash presentations and links to your website.
Digital panels are located outside each classroom to identify the courses scheduled for each day. Place your logo and brand message on these panels for all three days of the meeting. Each digital panel is a frameless, freestanding 42” plasma screen.
Put your message before tech-savvy attendees by sponsoring Mobile Phone Charging Stations located in high traffic areas throughout the McCormick Place West Building. Sponsorship includes company logo and advertising message on the digital display on each charging unit.
The New Product Digital Showcase offers exhibitors the opportunity to highlight their newest products beyond their booth. With products displayed on large plasma screen TVs located throughout the McCormick Place West Building, your products will be broadcast for all to see.
