As badges are required for admittance, the badge holder lanyard is a great opportunity to promote your company. Show up in attendees’ photos simply by printing a distinctive brand message or log on colorful lanyard fabric. Lanyards are mailed in advance to all attendees who register in advance and distributed to all onsite registrants (exhibiting personnel not included).

Pocket Guide Exhibit Locators are distributed to each attendee on site at the Tote Bag Pick-up locations. This guide includes a detailed Exhibit Hall floor plan – identifying all exhibitor booth locations. It will also include an alphabetical listing of exhibitors. The exclusive sponsorship includes: sponsor’s booth highlighted on the floor plan, company name and booth number highlighted within the alphabetical list of exhibitors, and a four-color ad on the back panel of the guide.
Gain exposure for your company logo, brand name or product message on Lecture Notepads. CDS distributes the notepads to each registered attendee at Tote Bag Pick-up locations in the Exhibit Hall.
Place your literature or samples in the Tote Bags distributed in multiple locations in the Exhibit Hall.
Earn recognition by providing customized pens to all attendees at the Midwinter Meeting. The pens will be handed out to each registered attendee at Tote Bag Pick-up locations and our Midwinter Meeting Information Kiosks.
All registered Midwinter Meeting attendees receive a tote bag redemption ticket, which can be redeemed at Tote Bag Pick-up stations located in the Exhibit Hall. This keepsake is a great way to continue promoting your message to attendees long after the Midwinter Meeting. The sponsor’s name and booth location are printed on the tote bag redemption ticket and included with each registration.
